OFFICIAL EFFICIENCY MANITOBA SAVE NOW INSTANT REBATE SALES ASSOCIATE CONTEST RULES:
ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY
This contest runs between 8:00 am CST, September 17, 2021 and 11:59 pm CST, September 30, 2021 (the "Contest Period"). Only one entry is permitted per individual. Entry may be made only by completing the online quiz between 8:00 am CST, September 17, 2021 and 11:59 pm CST, September 30, 2021. Entrants must check the box to consent to use of their email address for the purposes of the draw.
This contest is only open to individuals who are current residents of Manitoba, Canada, 18 years of age and older, and who are employed at an Efficiency Manitoba SAVE NOW participating retailer.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
A copy of the Official Contest Rules for this contest will be posted throughout the contest period. By entering this contest, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree to comply with these Official Contest Rules. Summerhill reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant that is found to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of this contest, or to be acting in violation of the Official Contest Rules. Summerhill reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to amend, cancel, terminate or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, without prior notice, should any cause corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of this contest.
All entries become property of Summerhill and none will be returned. To win, a selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a skill-testing question. All entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are late, lost, illegible, incomplete, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Summerhill is not responsible for contacting entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information and assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of law, and should such an attempt be made, Summerhill reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to exclude such person, from the contest and to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PRIZES
The approximate value of the prizes are as follows:
Grand Prize: $100
Early Bird Prize: $50
Three Early Bird Prizes will be awarded. The Early Bird Prize winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received before by 11:59 pm CST, September 24, 2021. The Early Bird Prizes are $50 Visa Gift Cards. The total number of Early Bird Prizes to be distributed may change at Summerhill's sole discretion
One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by 11:59 pm CST, September 30, 2021, 2020. The Grand Prize is comprised of one $100 Visa Gift Card.
Total retail value of the Grand Prize is $100. The total number of Grand Prizes to be distributed may change at Summerhill's sole discretion.
The prizes must be accepted as described in these Official Contest Rules and cannot be transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for monetary gain. The prize awarded may not be exactly as shown. Summerhill Impact reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes of approximately the same value and which serve a similar function. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash and are not transferable or assignable.
SELECTION PROCESS
The eligible entrant will be notified by email on or before November 1, 2021. The selected entrant must respond to the Program Manager at Summerhill via email at tspooner@summerhill.com one (1) month of such notification or they will forfeit the prize. This selection process will continue until an eligible entry is selected and a winner is declared for the above prize.
In order to be declared an official winner, the selected entrant must:
- Pass the online training quiz in entirety with a score of 80%, including: checking the box to consent to use of their email address for the purposes of entering the draw and agreement to the conditions set out in the draw, and correctly answering, unaided, the skill-testing questions.
- Respond to the notice that they have been selected as a potential winner within one (1) month of the notice;
- 3. Sign and return to the Program Manager, within one (1) month of receipt thereof, an agreement and release confirming the entrant's eligibility and compliance with the Official Draw Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing the Promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, and successors and assigns (the "Releases") from all liability for damages s/he may incur as a result of participating in this draw and accepting and using the prize.
Failure to comply with these rules will cause the prize to be forfeited, in which case, the prize will be re-awarded at the Promoters' discretion. All decisions of the contest judge, including the validation of entries and the evaluation of the entrant's answer to the skill-testing question, will be final and binding on entrants, without right of appeal. No correspondence will be entered into except with the successful entrant.
RELEASE
By participating in this draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of Summerhill Group Inc. Winners release Summerhill Group Inc., the prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize and acknowledge that Summerhill Group Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
GOVERNING LAWS
This promotion is subject to all laws of Canada applicable therein.

The personal email addresses gathered from entrants for this draw will be used only for the administration of this draw and will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose except (as permitted or required by law).
